- 150 gm paneer cubes

- Wash the spinach 2-3 times..boil for 5 min with 1/2 cup water.transfer immediately to ice cold water to retain it's colour..grind into fine paste with green chillies and garlic draining extra water.
- Saute paneer cubes in butter for 1 min.keep aside.
- In the same butter,Add cumin seeds and finely chopped onions and saute till golden brown.
- Now add coriander powder,turmeric powder,fennel seeds powder,salt,cumin powder,red chillies.mix well
- Add puree of spinach and cook for few seconds
- Add fresh cream,kasturi methi and mix well..
- Finally add sauted paneer and serve
