  2. Then add sugar,malai and cook again u can also use nuts it's optinal
  3. When we see milk texture is change and your rabdi is ready remove it from gas and cool in room temp and then add mango pulp in it and mix and keep in freeze to cool down and serve chillied mango rabdi
